【構成】 繊維方向に切削加工した木材を、その繊維方 向を互いに平行にして接着剤を介して複数積層してなる 集成材であって、当該集成材の外周部に引抜成形にて成 形した炭素繊維強化樹脂複合材を捲回した後、その表面 に木材を貼付してなるように構成したことを特徴とする 炭素繊維強化集成材。
PURPOSE:To inexpensively obtain lightweight laminated wood having high rigidity by winding a carbon fiber reinforced resin composite material molded by pultrusion around the outer peripheral part of laminated wood and sticking wood to the surface of the composite material. CONSTITUTION:Carbon fiber reinforced laminated wood is formed by winding a carbon fiber reinforced resin sheet around the outer periphery of a laminated wood care and bonding wood pieces 3 to the resin sheet 2 to cure the resin sheet. For example, a cedar material cut in a fiber direction is used as the laminated wood core 1 and, for example, an epoxy resin is used in the carbon fiber reinforced resin sheet 2 as a matrix resin and a carbon fiber reinforced resin sheet 2 to be used is molded by pultrusion. The carbon fiber reinforced resin sheet 2 is cut to be bonded to four surface of the laminated wood core 1 and, for example, an epoxy resin adhesive is applied to both surfaces of the resin sheet 2 and small cedar material pieces 3 are again bonded to four surfaces of the resin sheet 2 to form the carbon fiber reinforced laminated wood.
