(57)【要約】 【目的】 乾燥する穀粒の水分の高低により、傾斜状態 に設けた穀粒乾燥室を通過する乾燥風の通過方向を変更 して、穀粒乾燥の効率を向上させようとするものであ る。 【構成】 傾斜状態に設けた各穀粒乾燥室9を通過する 乾燥風の通過方向を、各送風室14、中央排風室10及 び左・右排風室12,12の始・終端部に送風室用前・ 後開閉弁27,28、中央排風室用前・後開閉弁35, 36及び左・右排風室用前・後開閉弁37,38を開閉 自在に設けて、穀粒水分により、この開閉を制御して通 過方向を変更している。 【効果】 穀粒が高水分のときには、傾斜した各穀粒乾 燥室9を通過する乾燥風が下から上へと通過することに より、各通風網11,13が熱せられて、これら各通風 網11,13上側に水滴が付着することがなくなり、こ のために乾燥効率が向上した。
PURPOSE:To change the passing direction of drying air which passes through a grain drying chamber installed in a slanted state and enhance the efficiency of grain drying operation by varying the moisture of grains to be dried. CONSTITUTION:The passing directions of drying air which passes through each drying chamber 9 installed in a slanted state are changed by controlling based on the moisture of the grains on/off operations of front and rear on/off valves 27 for air supply service and front and rear on/off valves 35 for the central exhaust chamber and front and rear on/off valves 37 for the both sided exhaust chambers, which are all installed so as to open freely, to start and end terminals of each air supply chamber 14, a central exhauster chamber 10 and exhauster chambers 12 on both sides. When the grains contain a high moisture, the drying air which passes through each of the slanted grain drying chambers 9 is arranged to pass upward, thereby heating up each of ventilation nets 11 and 13. This constitution makes it possible to prevent water drops from adhering to the surface of each of the nets 11 and 13 and hence the drying efficiency.
