Transducer circuit

Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform temperature compensation exactly and widely regardless of the kind of driving power source. CONSTITUTION:Provided are a sensor 34 connected to a driving power source 32, amplifiers 46, 48 connected with this sensor 34 output, a variable resistance 56 for controlling the offset of the sensor output and a variable resistance 62 for span controlling. The variable resistance for controlling the span and a temperature sensing resistance 70 are connected with a cascade. A temperature compensation resistance circuit 64 which includes the temperature sensing resistance, has an equal resistance to the resistance at a determined temperature of the temperature sensing resistance 70 and has a nearly equal absolute value of temperature coefficient but opposite sign to that of a circuit including the variable resistance 62 for span controlling and the sensor 34, is connected like the cascade to the variable resistance for span controlling 62.
